Finding the right person to work with is a very important first step. I offer a free (virtual) 30-minute introductory session for us to see if we would like to work together and whether counselling is right for you at this time (either by Zoom, Telephone or FaceTime).
I am not obliged to accept a client if I feel I am unlikely to be able to be of benefit to them. If we decide to proceed with counselling, then we will agree on a contract outlining our mutual responsibilities and boundaries within which the counselling will take place.
Daytime, evening and a limited number of Saturday morning appointments are offered depending on availability. I offer either short term support, usually 6 to 12 sessions either weekly or fortnightly or longer term therapy where we will aim to work around your requirements and needs.
I offer concessions for those on low income. These are only available online and not face to face.
